A visionary executive with a strategic acumen, he wielded his influence to achieve top-line growth, driving productivity initiatives that paved the way for sustainable expansion, and pioneering investments in innovation since 2012 as CEO and founder of ETG Commodities Inc.

Loveraj joined ETG North America in September 2013 and has held several strategic positions in the company, including within Finance, Trading, and Operations. He was appointed to the role of COO in 2018. Loveraj’s leadership, professionalism and commitment to innovation have shaped a steady, long-term trajectory of growth and expansion into new markets including various acquisitions along the way. Loveraj holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CPA, CMA.

Mirjana joined the company in October 2014 and is responsible for directing the company’s overall financial management including planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and risk assessment. She has been instrumental in building out these functions within the organization and aligning them to support the company’s growth strategy. Prior to joining ETG North America, Mirjana was Financial Controller at Lansing Trade Group specializing in the movement of physical commodities including grains, feed ingredients, energy products, and freight within North America and internationally. Mirjana is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certified Accounting designation.

Kent leads a North American HR team in reinforcing strong company culture, creating, and leading employee engagement and development programs, and implementing talent management strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Before joining ETG North America in December 2018, Kent was Manager of Human Resources and Quality Assurance for FX Creative, a full-service design, packaging and display company.
Kent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Athabasca University, and a Business Administration diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College.

Victor has executive oversight for ETG North America’s plant operations. He has served as Executive Vice President of ETG North America since its inception and a 35+ year-long career in senior management at Continental Grain Company, Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group and BroadGrain Commodities. He has extensive experience in facility management operations and maintenance, origination, and global shipping. Victor graduated from Wyzsza Szkola Rolnicza in Rzeszow, Poland and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Danny is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day plant operations across Western Canada.
Danny joined ETG North America in 2017 as a Grain Buyer to grow and maintain a strong network of producers in Saskatchewan to purchase pulses and specialty crops for ETG North America on behalf of its customers, and to continuously build new relationships with producers/growers.
With more than 36 years of experience in the grain industry, he has managed an efficient network of high-throughput grain terminals in Saskatchewan. He has deep industry experience and significant expertise in the areas of strategic planning, business planning and people management.
Prior to joining ETG North America, Danny spent 34 years in the agricultural industry working for Richardson Pioneer.

Ana joined ETG North America in March 2014 and has held strategic roles in the company, including Trading and HR roles. With her broad knowledge of the entire supply chain, she is responsible for driving the company’s sales and marketing strategies for Export markets worldwide and the continued expansion of its Wholesale and Retail businesses in North America. She works closely with the Executive team to capitalize on new growth opportunities. Ana’s background includes holding senior positions as a Commercial Manager at Finotex, a Key Account Executive at CANASA and a Brand Manager at Drogueria Pronconsumo.
Ana holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University Institute of Posgrado in Spain (Postgrad), an Industrial Engineering degree from the National University in Honduras (UNAH) and has a Bachelor of Science degree.
