ETG is pleased to announce that they have successfully acquired key assets from former pulse processing company Ilta Grain Inc. The assets include cleaning and splitting facilities in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, as well as cleaning plants in Cut Knife and Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Commenting on the transaction, Rav Kapoor, ETG Canada’s Chief Executive Officer, said "ETG is excited about expanding and further strengthening its processing capabilities to keep up with the ever-increasing demand for pulses and other specialty crops". Mr. Kapoor also commented "This expansion will further solidify ETG’s position as a global leader in the value-add processing and supply chain for specialty crops".
