Catalyst Program:
ETG’s Flagship Catalyst Leadership Program focuses on creating catalytic leaders who are empowered to create, develop and inspire high performance across the globe.  Emerging leaders across ETG's businesses are carefully selected to join the 19 week program.  The content covers  social learning, debating  case studies, a revision of  ETG’s Leadership approach and styles through the lens of “Past, present and future”,  ETG’s Culture using Empathy-mapping design approaches, strengths-based leadership as well as considering leadership mindset in the context of managing risk and strategy planning.   
Catalyst is a blended learning approach that is multi-method, experiential and workplace applied, and in partnership with internal and external subject-matter experts, offering our delegates the ability to think globally, and act locally within ETG.  The  workshop covers three broad areas of Leadership, namely: Authentic Leadership, Customer-centricity, and Entrepreneurship, challenging the emerging leaders to a number of self-directed, workplace applied and simulated learning opportunities.

Spark Program:
For those who are young at heart and have a burning desire to lead, we present 'Spark for Young Leaders.' Though the title may suggest young, it's all about sparking the leader within, irrespective of your career stage. This program is designed to help the participants unlock their full leadership potential and illuminate the path to excellence.  'Spark' embodies our belief that leadership is not confined by experience or age; it's a mindset that can ignite at any moment in your career journey. By the end of the program, the participants will be equipped not only with the skills and confidence to lead effectively but also with the passion and determination to inspire and drive change.

Ignite Program:
The Ignite Leadership program is a transformative journey designed to equip participants with a diverse and robust skill set essential for dynamic leadership.  Through a blend of theoretical knowledge, experiential learning, and practical applications, the program aims to develop leaders who can inspire, influence and lead with authenticity.

OWL and LinkedIN Learning

In this relentless pursuit of nurturing a culture of continuous learning, ETG Academy introduces the "Obsessed with Learning" (OWL) portal.
Owls have been depicted as wise creatures in folklore and legends. Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom is often portrayed with an owl as her companion. This SharePoint site was created to spread knowledge and create an obsession to learn.

This user-friendly, intuitive platform is designed to provide our employees with easy access to a treasure trove of learning resources, catering to a wide spectrum of skills and knowledge. Whether it's fostering leadership qualities, or enhancing soft skills, reading books and articles, OWL empowers ETGians to embark on their learning journeys at their own pace.
Furthermore, our partnership with LinkedIn Learning adds another dimension to our commitment to lifelong learning. By collaborating with this renowned platform, we provide our employees with a vast library of high-quality courses led by industry experts.
