ETG Inputs HoldCo LTD ("EIHL"), a subsidiary of ETG, is pleased to announce its entry into definitive agreements with Zaad Holdings Proprietary Limited ("Zaad Holdings")—a wholly owned subsidiary of Zeder Financial Services—for the acquisition of Zaad Holdings' equity interests in key African operations.
This acquisition reflects ETG’s commitment to expanding its footprint across Africa while contributing to sustainable agricultural solutions and market leadership.
Under the terms of the agreement, EIHL will acquire Zaad Holdings’ shareholding in the following businesses:
· KK Seed Zimbabwe
· KK Seed Zambia
· KK Seed Mozambique
· Agri seeds Zimbabwe
· H&B Agro (Netherlands)
The transaction is subject to standard conditions precedent, including regulatory approvals and third-party consents.
The transaction has been classified as a Category 2 transaction under the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. EIHL will collaborate closely with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
